An Apostolic Charismatic Companion to the Eight Dimensions of Wellness

The Heart of Care approach is built upon two complementary foundations.

The first is the Word of God. The Bible is the authority and foundation of my life, my faith, and my service. My relationship with Jesus Christ shapes how I understand healing, growth, stewardship, purpose, and hope.

The second is the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, which I use as a practical framework for whole-person wellness. These dimensions help people examine and strengthen the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental areas of life.

Because my faith is central to who I am, I developed an Apostolic Charismatic Companion to the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. This companion is not intended to replace the Bible, nor does it replace evidence-informed wellness practices. Rather, it explores how biblical principles can be applied alongside whole-person wellness for those who desire a distinctly Christian perspective.

I believe God never leaves us nor forsakes us. He walks with us through every season of life, strengthening us, teaching us, and shaping our character. While God does not promise a life free of hardship, He equips us to endure, grow, and overcome through faith in Jesus Christ.

I believe that faith calls us to action. We are called to steward every area of our lives with discipline, wisdom, responsibility, and love. Caring for our minds, bodies, relationships, finances, work, homes, and communities is an expression of faithful stewardship.

This companion reflects my personal faith and my commitment to serving others with compassion, integrity, and whole-person care. Those who participate are always free to choose the resources that best align with their own beliefs and goals.
