Financial & Fee Agreement

Short version: Heart of Care is funded so that peer support stays free or sliding-scale for the people who need it. Here's the full picture.

Heart of Care Full Spectrum CTS operates on a mission-first, no-barrier model. Peer support, safety planning, resource navigation, transportation coordination, workbooks, and Academy participation are offered at no cost, on a sliding scale, or through third-party funding whenever possible. Fees, if any, will always be explained to you in writing BEFORE a service is provided. You will never be turned away because you cannot pay. You will never be charged for missed appointments, cancellations, or asking questions. If a program (e.g. a residential stay at The Ninety-Nine Retreat, or a paid Academy course) has a fee, you will receive a separate written agreement covering that specific program. Donations to Heart of Care are gratefully received and are not required to receive services. If Heart of Care obtains 501(c)(3) status, donation acknowledgment letters will be provided by request.
