Free coping skills worksheets you can print tonight

peer-written, plain-language, kitchen-table tested

These aren't clinical handouts. They're the pages I made for myself and then started handing out — grounding steps, grief prompts, nervous-system basics. Print them, photocopy them for your group, write in the margins.

Common questions

Are these really free?
Yes. Every worksheet on this page is free to download, print, and photocopy. Some send by email so you get the newer version when I revise it; nothing costs money.
Can I use these in a group, a class, or a treatment program?
Yes — print all you want for groups, classes, jail programs, church groups, or your own clients. Please leave my name on the footer so people can find the rest.
Who wrote them?
Briana F. Harden, CPS-MH — a Certified Peer Specialist in Glynn County, Georgia, writing from lived experience of recovery, grief, and poverty, not from a textbook.
Are these a replacement for therapy?
No. They're peer-written tools for the days between appointments — or for when you don't have an appointment yet. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 first.
What if I can't print?
Most of these work fine written into a notebook. Read the prompt, write your answer on any paper you have. The page isn't the point; the practice is.

Need more than a worksheet? I'm a Certified Peer Specialist in Glynn County, Georgia. $20/hour, sliding scale, free if you can't pay.
